Jon began his career in residential construction building homes for a couple of national home builders. After moving into a management role for several years he transitioned to a large Dallas-area commercial & industrial general contractor. Parlaying the commercial experience he gained, Jon started HCI in 2003 initially focused on commercial interior finish-out's and over the years increased the size of projects and the scope of services into full design-builds as well as large format construction projects and into complete commercial developments.
Prior to starting his current role as Field Operations Director, Jason was a Project Superintendent completing numerous successful projects with a focus on quality, on-time delivery and superior customer relations. He has over 20 years of on-site field supervision and leadership with experience in multiple areas of construction. This includes commercial, municipalities, medical, retail, multi-family and residential. Jason also has leadership experience in the oil and gas industries.
Jason’s goal in his position with HCI is to coordinate and work with each Project Superintendent from a field perspective to ensure on-time completions, quality construction, superior customer service, safe job sites, and professional presentation of all policy and procedures. With his results-driven attitude, he will work with each project team to provide the best solutions and support to produce a successful construction project that meets the client’s needs and exceeds all expectations.
In his free time, Jason enjoys spending time with his Fiancé and two children, boating, motorcycles, and collecting antique cars and trucks.
